Written Estimate & Recommendations

Sunset Home Repair provides you with a free written comprehensive estimate of the home repair work that needs to be completed and the cost.

Contract

Once you agree to the estimate, sign and date the acceptance section at the bottom of the proposal and return it to us via email, fax or mail. You can make your decision with confidence because we put everything in writing. Sunset Home Repair wants to be certain your home improvement project is a fabulous experience. The Sunset Home Repair consultant provides an approximate start date before you sign your contract.

Once we receive the signed proposal, we will call you with a start date and time of arrival. Crews can start as early as 8 a.m. and work until 5 p.m.
